Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
We ship your order via Deutsche Post and DHL. Depending on the order volume, the processing time for your order is 3-5 working days .
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The shipping fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may decrease if items with lower VAT rates are included in your order. This means the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the checkout process. However, it can only decrease, never increase.
In addition to the prices shown, we charge the following delivery costs per order, depending on the delivery country:

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Some countries outside the EU may impose import duties, taxes, and similar customs fees on imported goods. These costs are not included in your payments to us. If applicable, these charges are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the respective country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Possible delays:
Please allow extra time for processing your order if it was placed on a public holiday or during the peak season (Nov-Dec).
Customs and shipping companies may also require additional time to process and deliver your order, especially during the pre-Christmas period or before certain holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Easter).

Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the one that suits you best. Shipping costs may vary depending on the payment method selected. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties). These are not payable to the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are displayed separately during the ordering process, and are payable by you in addition to the purchase price.
PayPal:
PayPal offers various payment options. All you need is a free account.
If you wish to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected and asked to log in to your account or register a new one. Once that's done, simply select your preferred payment method (PayPal balance, direct debit, or credit card) and confirm the payment.
KLARNA Invoice & Installment Purchase*:
Payment by Klarna is only made after receipt of the goods.
Klarna will send you the invoice directly via email. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay it.
Additionally, with KLARNA's financing service you have the option to pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout.

For payments made in advance or via bank transfer, the order will only be processed after we have received payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of placing the order. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
