Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

We dispatch orders via Deutsche Post and DHL. Order processing takes 3–5 working days, depending on our current workload.

Prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

The flat shipping charge includes statutory VAT. The VAT applied to shipping depends on the goods purchased and may be lower when goods are subject to a reduced VAT rate. The final shipping charge is therefore calculated during checkout. Any adjustment can only reduce the stated charge in your favour, never increase it.

The following shipping charges apply per order in addition to the product prices, depending on the destination country.

Germany

• Orders under €20: €4.90 via Deutsche Post/DHL letter or merchandise mail.
• Orders from €20 to €150: €6.90 via Deutsche Post/DHL merchandise mail.
• Orders over €150: free delivery via DHL.

Austria, France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic

• Orders up to €150: €15.90 via DHL.
• Orders over €150: €18.90 via DHL.

EU

• Orders up to €150: €16.90 via DHL.
• Orders over €150: €19.90 via DHL.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

• Orders up to €50: €23.90 via Deutsche Post/DHL merchandise mail.
• Orders from €50: €32.90 via DHL.

Worldwide

• Orders up to €150: €56.90 via Deutsche Post/DHL merchandise mail.
• Orders over €150: €76.90 via DHL.

USA

• Orders up to €150: €86.90 via Deutsche Post/DHL merchandise mail.
• Orders over €150: €138.90 via DHL.

Will I need to pay customs charges?

Some countries outside the EU may charge import duties, taxes and similar customs fees. These charges are not included in payments made to us. Where applicable, they are determined and collected by the customs authorities in the destination country. Contact your local customs authority for more information.

Possible delays

Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on public holidays or during peak season in November and December. Customs authorities and carriers may also need more time to process and deliver your order, especially before Christmas or other holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Easter.
